i ordered 

1. Canare 2t2s Cable 

2. Nuetrik RCA Plugs (actually REAN from Nuetrik company)

i need some tools for soldering

these are twenty of plugs :D

Step 1. Strip your Cable end. (before strip, make sure put the Plug body into cable)

Step 2. Separate Shield and Wire

Step 3. Twist the wires each
my cable has double wire and shield, so i Twisted double wire and made it one wire

Step 4. Solder the edges first. (it will make soldering easier)

Step 5. Solder it with the plug
wire should solder inside part. Shield wire should solder outside part

Step5. Use your glue gun so make sure that separated wires won't stick

Step6. Break off your Plug protector

Step7. Screw the Plug body with Plug

Step.8 it takes the times, Good Luck ^.^

i did it for my turntables and equipments, for the better sound.
i didn't checked the difference but i will
